Sangjun Personal GWS

Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: September 14, 2026

This policy explains how Sangjun Personal GWS handles Google user data. The utility is for Sangjun Lee’s personal use and does not accept public users.

Google data accessed

With the account owner’s authorization, the utility may access Google Sheets files and spreadsheet content that the owner chooses to work with. Google sign-in also supplies basic account identity information needed to complete OAuth authentication.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to carry out the owner’s requested spreadsheet operations, such as reading, organizing, or updating selected spreadsheet content. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

Storage and security

The utility runs locally on the owner’s computer. OAuth credentials are stored in an encrypted local credential file. The utility does not maintain a separate hosted database for Google user data.

Sharing and transfer

Google user data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is not transferred to advertising platforms, data brokers, or unrelated services.

Retention and deletion

Google user data is accessed as needed for an operation and is not retained by a separate application server. Locally stored OAuth credentials remain until the owner revokes access or deletes those credentials. Access can also be revoked from the Google Account security settings.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
